Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the CamShare application ("App") operated by Hutsalod Inc ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the App.

1. Use of the App

CamShare is designed to act as a remote camera viewfinder and controller. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from using the App to:

Record or photograph individuals without their explicit consent where required by law.
Violate the privacy rights of others or engage in any form of unauthorized surveillance.
Capture, distribute, or promote illegal, offensive, or harmful content.

2. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

Certain features of CamShare may be offered on a subscription basis ("Premium Features").

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase.

3. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, functionality, and design are and will remain the exclusive property of Hutsalod Inc and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location. Connection stability depends on your device hardware, Wi-Fi network, and Bluetooth environment.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Hutsalod Inc, nor its developers, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of privacy, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
